Decks, Siding & Roofing Built to Last in the Southern Tier

Vestal is where Fit and Finish Construction LLC is based, and it is where most of our work happens. We build pressure-treated decks with covered roofs, install vinyl and fiber cement siding, replace aging asphalt shingles, and handle interior remodeling for homeowners across every neighborhood in town — from the older ranches near the river to the newer colonials up on the hill. When you need a deck built, we pull the permit through the Town of Vestal Building Department and handle the inspection process from start to finish. When your siding is warping or your roof is leaking, we come out, look at the actual problem, and give you a straight answer before any work begins. No pressure, no upsell — just a free on-site estimate and honest communication. Vestal winters are hard on homes. Freeze-thaw cycles crack siding, ice dams back up under shingles, and deck boards that were not properly gapped heave and split. We build and install with those conditions in mind — proper flashing, correct fastener spacing, and materials rated for the Southern Tier climate. We also serve Endwell, Johnson City, and Binghamton as part of our regular schedule. If you are just across the town line, give us a call — we are likely already working nearby.
